Ramon e Valentina sono stati dei perfetti Host, cordiali e premurosi. La villa con giardino, è una piccola oasi di tranquillità, lasciando i balconi aperti si può sentire il rumore del mare dall’interno della casa. La casa ha tutti i comfort che consentono di trascorrere una bella vacanza, è come sentirsi a casa. Tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Hanno avuto una particolare attenzione per i nostri bambini, facendoci trovare culla, seggiolone, fasciatoio e anche pannolini. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto ricco di ortaggi freschi, squisitissimi. La villa è a meno di cinque minuti di auto dalla spiaggia, a mio parere, più bella del sud della Sardegna, la spiaggia della Tuerredda. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui e se dovessimo ritornare in zona alloggeremo di nuovo qui.

We had a great stay at Mariano‘s place in a lovely part of Sardinia. The place was amazing with magnificent sea views from the patio and master bedroom’s terrace. A small beach which was never overcrowded was just a few minutes walk down the hill from the property via a little path, but was also easily accessible via a flatter road from the village.Other beaches, probably the best in Europe were also easily accessible. One needs a car to enjoy a holiday there to be able to get to the nearby amenities, beaches, restaurants, but we were fully prepared for it. Mariano was very helpful, he and his wife greeted us personally at the property, showed us the ropes and gave us plenty of useful local advice on shopping, markets, restaurants, activities. It was quite hot during our stay but air-conditioning worked well. An outside shower was a very nice and convenient feature on coming back from the beach. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Thank you, Mariano!

This place is a true gem! The house is very private with big terrace overlooking the bay, surrounded by lots of trees and plants, with direct staircase to the beach. There are plenty of other beautiful beaches within few minutes drive, too. The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and has everything you might need for a perfect stay. The communication with Matteo and Marco was excellent - always proactive, very quick in responding with lots of recommendations and tips. Overall - I wish we could have stayed longer! Best accommodation in Sardinia during our entire stay!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hervorragend gefallen. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt. Empfehlenswert ist der kleine und nahe liegende Ort Pula. Wunderschöne und charmante italienische Atmosphäre!

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Suestellas. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, Alice ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die gleichzeitig nicht aufdringlich ist. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist völlig ausreichend. In der Küche sind die nötigsten Dinge vorhanden, um selbst zu kochen. Der Garten ist riesig, so dass sich die Kinder toll austoben können. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß! Im Obst- und Gemüsegarten war leider zu der Jahreszeit noch nichts reif. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle ruhige Lage, der Grillofen und die Außendusche mit Warmwasser :)

Best location in Porto Pino - really close to the beach and our sailing venue. Yet extremely private and peaceful. Dani was incredibly attentive and helpful to all our needs. Will absolutely return to stay in Villa Lucia if back in Porto Pino one day.

Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aus auf die umliegende Landschaft, gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Anbindung zu schönen Stränden sowie mehrere Supermärkte im Ort. Unser Aufenthalt war toll!

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

The villa was in a peaceful and secure location. It was close to Pula Village and the beach. The host was proactive and informative. The villa provided the services we needed

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist phänomenal, gute Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und Mario hielt ständig Kontakt, indem er uns tolle Tipps für Rahmenprogramm lieferte

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und es besitzt eine Klimaanlage. Flexible Fliegengitter an fast allen Türen und Fenstern. Elektrische Dachfenster mit Außenrollo. Alles in allem eine ruhige Lage. Ein sehr schöner Pool und tolle Liegen, wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Pool, was sofort geklärt wurde. Der Kontakt vor Ort war wirklich top und auch der Besitzer war sehr korrekt und freundlich. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, so dass man wirklich immer das Auto benötigt. Das einzige was ein wenig schwierig ist, ist die ganze Müllentsorgung. Denn erstens die Mülltrennung und Abholung ist eine Umstellung, aber das Haus Müllfrei zu verlassen ist eine Herausforderung. Wenn der Besitzer uns nicht dieses Problem abgenommen hätte, es wäre für uns nicht lösbar gewesen. Vielen Dank dafür. 🙏 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Esperienza molto positiva, alloggio leggermente fuori mano ma attrezzato e con tutti i confort. menzione particolare per la piscina e il barbecue. Anche se il prezzo è leggermente alto ma vale i soldi spesi. Paradiso.
