Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tetuán

Although we could only stay one night, we felt right at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

The apartment was super clean, beautiful and cozy! It has absolutely everything we might need. Especially we were surprised by all kitchen appliances, salt and sugar, bottles of water in the fridge and other cool stuff. We like the lights in every room and even the smell of the apartment was great :) Thank you for that atmosphere and comfort!

I had already been there once, and I have repeated. Very good location, independent arrival. Brand new with all the amenities. And the sofa bed is very comfortable!!!! Supermarkets, bars, restaurants... all within walking distance

I was in Madrid for a convention, and the location was very convenient. The apartment was nice and clean. Communication with Lina was very friendly, and she was very helpful and understanding of my schedule (late check-in and check-out). Going to central Madrid was very easy, with the underground nearby. All in all, an excellent experience.

Maria Jesus was a great host. She is very kind and attentive to all our needs. She has a great vibe and very welcoming. We loved the place and even tried to book it on our return trip but it was taken and I can see why. We were fortunate to not only find a great, quiet and roomy place with AC, but also met a great lady. Thank you Maria, I hope we meet again someday.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!

I recommend this apartment for its location, comfortable, in a very quiet place and just 100 meters from La Gran Vía, the host Nuria is very kind.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was perfect at this place. Right next to the metro station so you don't need to worry about transportation. Lila was very helpful and always responded very quickly. The place itself was really clean and had everything you'd need. Check in & check out was smooth as well. Definitely recommend!
