Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Small cute apartment. Cozy and homey feeling. Everything is sparkling clean. About 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Not far from major highways with shops , options to eat and shopping useful. Not a fancy area but quiet and without much traffic of vehicles.

An unbeatable stay in Madrid! There are several places, restaurants, and shops around. The metro station is just a minute away, and connects directly to the city center. I slept wonderfully, the bed is super comfortable, everything is perfectly clean and it is a quiet area without much noise. I really felt right at home. Áureo in particular is a great host. Enjoying a good chat, a delicious breakfast and your morning coffee is the best. Thank you very much for everything and thanks also to the beautiful little dog Peter. Hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again.

Fer is a super nice and super responsive host. We had the opportunity to have the keys before the scheduled time. The hospitality is great and Fer is always available. The apartment is as described in the listing, no bad surprises, quite the opposite. Our stay was perfect. Thank you so much. I would recommend it and would love to come back.

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The location is very good, just six or seven minutes from the subway, and there is also a supermarket nearby, it is very convenient to buy some food.Sandra is very welcoming and considerate.Highly recommended!

Highly recommended accommodation if you are interested in attending an event at the Metropolitan Stadium. Very close to the stadium and with a subway line to get around Madrid. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The service from Rafael was very good.

Alejandro was extremely helpful from the time we booked our stay a few months ago till we checked out. His place it’s right in the smack middle of things. Very walkable to all the great restaurants and bars and all the sights to see. He had many extras that were unexpected, but very helpful and appreciated. Definitely above and beyond all other stays we’ve been to. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in Madrid!!!

My husband and I, in our 70s, enjoyed 10 days in Ana’s comfortable and quiet apartment. Ana tried to accommodate our arrival time and was helpful and friendly. We did not use the kitchen and dining area much, taking advantage of the neighborhood’s restaurants and cafes with Ana’s suggestions. The living area has a comfortable sofa for two with plenty of storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable, but sleeping for two required some agility since it is next to a wall. Great bathroom! The interior apartment was removed from city noises, but neighbors’ voices and activities can be heard, usually not after midnight ( and Spaniards keep late hours!) The neighborhood is convenient for exploring historic areas and transportation. We have stayed in Madrid many times visiting family and friends, and we hope to have the same wonderful experience with our next visit.

Cristina’s apartment is a great choice for solo travelers who appreciate a bit of extra comfort, like having a private kitchen and a cozy living area. The terrace is lovely too. Cristina is very communicative and checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well with the apartment. Overall, it’s a high-quality place to stay at a reasonable price.

The room was nicer, more spacious and more comfortable than it looked in the photos. Rosa was very kind, always available for whatever you need; in the morning she makes a great breakfast (potato omelet, fruit, toast, sweet snacks, coffee, etc.). The stay met all the amenities listed in the ad and more. Very comfortable bed. In summer, a very refreshing breeze blows through the windows. Recommended.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
