The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Quiet, charming loft in the center of Madrid

My hideaway is a quiet loft since it does not face the street, it is very well designed and is very comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very central with a 24-hour supermarket and a market 20 meters away with restaurants and tapas places. If it's Sunday you can walk to the flea market, which is spectacular, walk to museums, Retiro Park, Atocha station and the subway 20 meters away. Fully disinfected after each departure. We had the most amazing 4 nights in Madrid. The apartment was ideally located, very central and easy to walk to main attractions. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Christine was a wonderful host who made our holiday in Madrid even better. Great loft in the heart of Madrid. Really good location right by Parque Retiro, the green lung of the city. The large museums etc. are all easy to reach on foot. The apartment has a good, beautiful layout over two floors and offers enough privacy for all guests. Communication with Alejandro went absolutely smoothly, thank you! In the house downstairs is a kiosk, where you can get everything for daily needs, and you can also store your luggage there. Overall, the three of us had a great stay, happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Javier's place. We are traveler's from America and for our first time in Madrid enjoyed our stay. The grocery store next door to the apartment was very convenient, but meant that many people walked by outside. We would not recommend bringing suitcases from the metro to the place due to bumpy streets. After a long day of traveling, the walk from the metro felt long. If we came again, we would stay in city centre area. This area is a residential area where people in Madrid live and we so no other tourists. The neighborhood was full of shops and really nice restaurants with friendly wait staff. We loved El Conquistador restaurant, Baarat Indian Food, and Pizza 814, all close by. Thank you for a good stay.

Mariana's apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect with easy access to La Latina and Embajadores neighborhoods. The space itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and gorgeous skylights that fill the apartment with natural light. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I highly recommend staying here!
