The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. In the village of Retterschen, only 1 km from Kressbronn and Lake Constance, our apartment is on the 3rd floor. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A dining table, the cozy couch and a TV make the room perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and hair dryer. Separate toilet. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Vacation home in Ravensburg-Obereschach

Lovingly furnished apartment with many details in the south of Ravensburg-Obereschach, central yet quiet location between Messe Friedrichshafen (9 km) and the historic old town of Ravensburg (7 km). Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
