In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. Our apartment house Scapaflow offers our guests - 7 fully equipped accommodations in various sizes. The house is a new building and was opened in 2019. The house is approx. 500 meters from the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Center and about 3 km from the city center of Friedrichshafen. The bus stop is just 100 meters away.
