Beautiful, family-friendly apartment in MFH, in a small suburb of Tettnang (4 km), quiet outskirts. 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people, spacious living-dining area, bathroom and large balcony. Centrally located between Ravensburg, Wangen im Allgäu and Friedrichshafen, Lake Constance is easily accessible. In Kathans Stadel (our restaurant) On request, we offer a rich breakfast buffet with baked goods on weekends and bread from home-grown ancient grains from our bakery.

After a deep breath, you will feel the soothing calm. The breathtaking alpine view invites you to hike, dream and relax. Our location in the border triangle allows you to reach Austria and Switzerland in just 10 minutes. Numerous excursion destinations, from the Allgäu to the Rhine Falls, make our region attractive. In rainy weather, the thermal baths in Lindau or, a little further away, in Oberstaufen offer a welcome alternative. We have space for 3-4 people.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Loy Guest Apartment

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.
