The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The heated bathrobe is a great place to get to the spa from the bed. The apartment is designed with the 140cm bed for two people and in the modern kitchen, in addition to a hob, there is also a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. On nice days, the valuable hours of life can also be spent on the sunny balcony. The apartment is centrally located in Bad Griesbach only a short distance (about 5 minutes) from the Kurplatz and Kurpark (Kneipptrettbecken, ...).

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

A spacious entryway features high ceilings and wooden accents, leading to a well-lit dining area with large windows. A stylish chandelier hangs above, while a decorative mirror and potted plant enhance the space. Steps ascend to the upper level, providing access to additional rooms.

Living location at the end of a dead end road. In the garden you will find loungers and hanging chairs and relax. The living room with the large window offers a direct view into the garden. The kitchen has been newly installed in 2023. The bathroom has direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is modern and elegant, has a shower & bathtub - the toilet is separate. The "Waldwunderweg" begins only a few hundred meters from here.
