Wir haben die Unterkunft von Manfredi für einen Urlaub mit 8 Leuten gemietet. Der Check-In hat durch die Mithilfe von Manfredi sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sofort von dem Haus und der Lage fasziniert. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Marsciano. Dort befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht. Das ganze Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Innenausstattung ist sauber und typisch für die Gegend. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive einer großen Kühltruhe. Zuletzt möchte ich noch die herausragende Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Manfredi hervorheben. Jede Frage wurde von Manfredi schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Für jeden, der einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Umbria verbringen möchte, ist das Haus von Manfredi perfekt.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Well, what can we say to sum up this perfect holiday?! Not only is Maria a wonderful, enigmatic host, the house itself is amazing, and full of character and charm. The beautiful surrounding olive groves and picturesque Italian towns are on your doorstep and there is a swimming pool and table tennis at your disposal. I don’t want to say too much more because I want to keep it as our secret! Grazie, Maria, we will be back!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

Our weeklong stay at La Commenda was truly amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home with its separate suites for our group. We were traveling with our three adult children - two of whom are married (and one of those has 2 young children). The pool and outdoor area made us feel like we had our own private spa to enjoy - But the real treat was having Luigina with us in the home making incredible authentic Italian meals. We all got teary saying our goodbyes. Luigina is a beautiful person inside & out who creates such a beautiful atmosphere around her meals. If you choose to stay here; you shouldn’t miss the opportunity to include Luigina in your plans! Nathalie and Filippo were more than mere hosts - they were quick with helpful tips and links and recommendations of what to do (and eat!) in this gorgeous part of Italy.

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Our stay was great, kids had a blast and loved the place with plenty of space for multiple families. Orvieto, Bagnoregio, and Bolsena are all within 30 mins of the property, as well as multiple vineyards. Andrea was great and had plenty of local recommendations. Place is easier to find with AppleMaps than Google. Wouldn’t recommend a low clearance vehicle for the long driver way.

Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!

We had an amazing time at this house! It’s super comfortable and in a really quiet and peaceful area – perfect for relaxing. The place had everything we needed, and the whole vibe was just great. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.

This was an incredible house! Located in a beautiful area close to Todi, full of nature and close to easy hikes. The house is stunning and perfect for families who want an authentic Italian vacation!

L'endroit est absolument merveilleux, tout la region aussi d'ailleurs. La maison est une veritable maison de famille, magnifique et aussi vivante et pleine de charme. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée pendant les nuits fraiches avec beaucoup de plaisir. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De nombreuses promenades et randonnées sont possibles a partir du domaine. Giacomo est un hôte sympathique, chaleureux et reactif, merci a lui et a sa famille de partager ce tresor. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants et avons pu faire des parties de babyfoot endiablées, par contre nous etions un peu déçus que la table de ping pong mentionnée ait été cassée et donc pas utilisable. La 2eme chambre double - tres belle ! - mériterait aussi un meilleur matelas. Dans tous les cas un endroit merveilleux de beauté, de charme, de poesie ! Merci Giacomo !

We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

Wir waren einen Monat mit Hund in dem perfekten Haus. Es ist hell, großzügig und super eingerichtet. Die bequemen Betten ließen uns gut schlafen. Unser Hund hatte 4 Wochen Freiheit auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück. Riesenauslauf und viel zu erkunden. Danke für die perfekte Betreuung. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die Ruhe suchen und trotzdem viel sehen möchten. Gerne wieder

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

Spoleto and the surrounding cities are absolutely spectacular, ranking among the finest destinations in Italy. Giardino di Tosca was the ideal setting for our family reunion during Christmas vacations. I must note how clean the place was, this level of hygiene was a rare find and greatly appreciated. The careful attention given to every aspect of the property truly enhanced its charm

La casa è un’oasi di pace, l’abbiamo vissuta a pieno con tutta la famiglia incluso il nostro golden retriever che ha amato la location dal primo momento. La piscina è perfetta e totalmente disimpegnata dalla casa, i terrazzi ed il giardino offrono una vista su tramonti incredibili. Annalisa è un host perfetta, discreta gentile e disponibile. Il custode una persona deliziosa che ci ha deliziato con frutti dell’orto quotidiani.

Walter’s place is out in the country so it’s very quiet. We had to drive to go out for meals but it had a nice but small kitchen you can cook your own meals. Hopefully he will get a microwave for people who are used to having them. There are 2 separate living spaces in the house that you have to go outside to get to the other side. It is not a problem and it makes it very quiet in the morning in the side that people don’t eat breakfast in. We were the first people in this season and there was a problem with the hot water heater but Walter got his maintenance person to fix it quickly. Walter met us when we checked in which was very helpful. He showed us around the property and gave us recommendations for restaurants. There were 7 adults and were very comfortable.
