The apartment is very nice, tastefully furnished, nothing is missing and has an indoor parking space, terrace and garden. For the summer, there is also a swimming pool. Barbara was precise in the arrival instructions and very friendly. He welcomed us in person, which is always very welcome. Super recommended!

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

Apartment located in the historic center of Scanno (full pedestrian area), very clean, quiet, well distributed (living area upstairs) and equipped with everything and beyond what you need to have a great stay. I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also just a 5-minute walk to a super efficient and economical multi-storey parking lot, nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, a bit spartan the bed solution (being a studio you have to settle for a sofa bed) but overall more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

Serena was an excellent host, being responsive to our questions. The location was perfect in the centre of the village and the lovely large bedroom dominated the apartment.

The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

Excellent experience, the hosts were very helpful and responsive despite the reservation made a few hours before and despite the arrival in the late evening they waited for us with patience and kindness and were available for anything. The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful complex 10 minutes by car from everything that distinguishes the city, a great choice for those who want to go there on vacation but avoid the chaos of the city center. Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Thought out to every detail and created with a lot of love and incredible care, a place you don't want to leave. The property is a dream as well as the view of mountains and sea!
