Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

The access to the accommodation was a bit surprising at the end of May as you have to drive through a small stream to get to the end of the road. The entrance to the free underground garage is also a bit bumpy and it is recommended to unload the car beforehand at the apartment if it does not have high tires. But once you arrive, the accommodation is really impeccable with a beautiful view of the sea. You can hear the sea rushing at night and can sleep with the window open without hesitation. You can also get to the beach directly from the apartment via a small staircase. The place was one of the cleanest I've ever experienced. The unfortunately often neglected mocha pot for making coffee was really clean. You can easily reach all public transport as well as small bakeries and shops on foot. Since you can use a free parking space, excursions by car are always easy. The place is really highly recommended.

Very friendly and attentive host! Bartolo picked us up from the ferry and took us to the accommodation. On the way (a few minutes' walk) he showed us the city, gave us all the important information and provided a city map! Very, very pleasant welcome. The room was also great, great location!

If you're looking to escape the city, this will be your favorite place. It has a rooftop with sun loungers overlooking the sea and Sicily. A quiet place to disconnect. There is a supermarket 6 minutes walk and a train station 26 minutes walk. We had our croissant every morning without fail.

I had a great stay here, the place was beautiful and spacious! So close to the beach and the port which are both beautiful. Giuseppe and Anna were both very helpful and kind too. Wished I was staying for longer

For those who want to stay away from the chaos and enjoy a few days of relaxation, it is the ideal place. The house is nice and has a level terrace with a spectacular sea view. Sunrises and sunsets will turn anyone into a photographer. Only this is worth the expense. The surroundings offer the possibility of hiking and visiting wonderful places and also of eating well given the great availability of restaurants. With Carlo, no problem, he's always ready with answers. He was assisted by his mother, who was very kind, and she welcomed us and gave us some tips on the places. She also left us jam and olives made by her and eggs from her hens. In short, it couldn't have gone better.

The hosts welcomed us very, very warmly and were always available for inquiries. The wonderful view of the "Strait of Messina" is a highlight. The spacious and very clean apartment has everything you could ask for. We were completely satisfied with our stay for 6 days. We'll gladly come back!

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Great apartment with a nice view of Isola Bella! Everything was very clean and the hosts were really friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool!

Marco was a fantastic host. He guided us confidently with all the help through the rather tricky driveway (the apartment is located in a very winding, by the way not barrier-free complex, which in turn is in a kind of "gadet community" with many other resorts and holiday homes, which can only be passed through a barrier and gates. We were incredibly lucky and were almost the only guests in the complex. So we had the great and very clean pool almost to ourselves. In general, everything was very quiet and peaceful and we were almost alone. The view from Marco's terrace is fantastic. Very, very fantastic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Depending on the time of day, some sun, some shade. Simply outstanding. The complex/apartment from the 60s has a great charm, though a bit outdated;) Unfortunately, we searched in vain for access to the sea. Many paths were blocked or overgrown. Thank you, Marco!🫶

A beautiful spacious property, well equipped and with a marvellous swimming pool in which we swam every day. Alberto and also Nisha were very responsive and helpful. The villa is an easy 15 -20 minute drive to Siracusa.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very nice and from the balcony you have great views of the sea. The apartment is very large and has everything you need. The landlords are very nice and accommodating.

Concetta is an incredible host! The apartment is located right in the heart of Naxos, just a minute’s walk from the sea and close to all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s even a washing machine. We stayed as a couple with a baby, and everything was perfect. Concetta helped us with everything we needed – she went above and beyond. The place was cleaned every two days, and even the sheets were replaced regularly. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!

We were allowed to spend 6 fantastic days in the suite by the sea. A place that has filled our hearts with happiness and love from the very first moment. Beautiful place with an incredible hostess. Laura and Alfred anticipated our every wish and made our stay so unforgettable. I would like to emphasize that they are both very professional. Privacy is very important to them. In addition, there is this desire to provide the perfect stay. The suite is a place of beauty and love. From start to finish, a highly recommended accommodation. We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Cefalù! The location couldn’t be better — just 30 seconds from the beach (bed rental was €30 for the day) and surrounded by great restaurants and local charm. The apartment was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Be aware there’s a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment, but the view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to soak up the best of Cefalù!

We had a very relaxing and beautiful time in the accommodation. The location is rather secluded, very quiet and relaxing. Amazing view and the sea is very close, which is a real luxury! The furnishings and amenities are rather simple. Since the footpath (car not possible) to the house is very steep, the hosts take care of the transport of luggage and food at the beginning of the stay. It is therefore advisable to make the bulk purchase right at the beginning. That worked out great. The way into the city is easily doable on foot, albeit a longer stretch, but nice. The bus stops nearby. It rarely runs, but in our experience, it is reliable and punctual. So we got along great without a car on the island. The hostess was very quick to reach, very helpful and friendly.

The apartment has the most beautiful view of Etna and the sea and with the finest sunset. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and tidy. Luxurious bed linen, towels, etc. You feel at home right away. There were nice welcome gifts, wine, coffee, breakfast, etc. The host and her husband are very sweet and welcoming - they live downstairs, which felt safe. The place requires a car, as there is a long way to shopping and the beach.

The house is full of charm and is comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Carlo’s place, the private sun lounger area by the sea is amazing. The place as a whole is idyllic. The house keepers are really helpful and keep the grounds pristine. There is a sandy beach a short 10min walk away where you have the option to rent sun loungers and there is also a cafe on the beach. The town by the port has lots of restaurants and is a 15min walk away. We found the walk difficult in the heat of the day, but at night and early mornings the walk was alot easier. If you don’t fancy the walk and are willing to pay then a short taxi drive is an option. It’s worth mentioning that at the moment the available wifi only works on the patio area outside and service is minimal inside the house but this didn’t cause us problems. We had a great stay and would recommend this airbnb and Panarea to anyone looking for a relaxed, foody trip :)
