Apartment vacation rentals in Teramo

This is a great place to stay in a fairly rural area, but we'll developed. The pool at the property is excellently maintained. The roads to the property are steep, but the climb is rewarded with a view of the mountains in the distance. The apartment was very clean and the bed was good. The only thing that I missed were some more cooking utensils. There was a coffee maker and a pot.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is spacious. We enjoyed Maria Rita’s kitchen & being able to buy local produce & make our own meals. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Maria Rita is a very hospitable host. Grazie

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend FANTASTICO ! Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Luca, in una casa tenuta estremamente bene, nei più piccoli dettagli sia dentro che fuori ! Ciascun attenzione molto delicate. Le Cana è un’oasi di pace, di tranquillità di bellezza fra colline, valle, borghi e mare, in una zona che propone tante attività. Grazie mille !!

Stefano’s appartement is een parel in het hart van Ascoli Piceno. Voorzien van alle modern comfort, ruime en mooie badkamer, fantastisch groot dakterras met groen en een tafel met stoelen onder groot zonnescherm. Het is heel rustig en toch sta je eenmaal buiten direct middenin de stad. Het Italiaans ontbijt wordt gereserveerd in een uitstekend restaurantje dichtbij. En last but not least: Stefano is terecht een superhost! Hij reageert snel en geeft praktische antwoorden op vragen.

appartement très bien situé et en excellent état et avec mise à disposition de vélos, à proximité de la mer, des commerces, des restaurants. Idéal pour un séjour à la mer, mais aussi pour visiter le côté montagne des Abruzzes.

Casa di Blue Dream is a lovely quiet and private apartment. It is very bright and airy with a huge sliding door to the patio. It is recommended you have a bike or car to commute to restaurants or the beach. The space was very clean. The wifi fast and easy to connect to. The water pressure for the shower surprisingly good but remember to save water when you can! The host was very helpful after my train was late.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Alles vorhanden. Elisabetta eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Check in und out reibungslos. Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus manchmal musste man eine Runde mehr fahren bis einer frei war. Vielen Dank an Elisabetta🥰

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Ubytování u Noemi a Alessandra bylo jednoduše skvělé.Vše odpovídá fotkám i popisu,je vidět, že apartmán s láskou a péčí udržují.Instrukce k příjezdu byly detailní a přesné, takže jsme snadno našli a ubytovali se.Děkuji Noemi za vstřícnost k mému nadstandardnímz prsní ohledně spaní.Krásná terasa a odjezd bez potíží.Mohu jen doporučit!!

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

The apartment is bright, good design, with a beautiful view, we also really liked our balcony. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, for us a great bonus was the coffee machine. Alessandra was super helpful! I would gladly go back there :)

La nostra esperienza presso questa struttura è stata estremamente positiva; l'accoglienza da parte di Marcello è stata senza dubbio perfetta; simpatico educato e molto chiaro nelle indicazioni. La pulizia dell'appartamento è perfetta; bagno pulitissimo, letto, lenzuola e armadio altrettanto e la cosa non è scontata, come purtroppo abbiamo potuto appurare in altre strutture. We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Ottima accoglienza, Marzia presente per ogni necessità. Sistemazione piacevole in un contesto rilassante. Piscina e zona solarium curati e ben tenuti.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Mei. La résidence est flambant neuve dans un environnement calme et paisible. Notre apparemment était parfaitement équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Les espaces communs sont également nickel, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Beaucoup d'espace en extérieur pour jouer avec les enfants ou se poser au calme. Masha était là pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, c'est une personne très sympathique et aussi très réactive si vous avez la moindre demande. La résidence se situe à 10 minutes en voiture des plages les plus proches.

Mir und meinen Kindern hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der italienische fler widerspiegelt sich an jeder Seite. Ist auf den Bergen von Gualdo, es ist definitiv ein wow Effekt.

Die Wohnung ist wenige Meter entfernt vom Strand und ist gut ausgestattet! Die Terrasse ist privat und sehr groß. Während unseren Aufenthalt hat der Whirlpool leider nicht funktioniert was wir sehr schade fanden, vielleicht haben wir das nächste Mal mehr Glück. Danke Lorenza für den schönen Aufenthalt!

L'appartamento super carino e pulito, panorama fantastico, appena entrati ci siamo sentiti a casa. Marco e Paola sono stati super disponibili, gentili e precisi. Speriamo di avere un'altra occasione per tornare e stare un po' di più.

Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio! La casa era spaziosa e dalle finestre si apriva un panorama mozzafiato che lasciava senza parole. È situata nel cuore di Fermo, vicino alla Piazza del Popolo, e proprio come un piccolo museo conserva perfettamente lo stile del Settecento. Chiara e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è al primo piano e il marito di Chiara mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Chiara ha preparato per me una torta per la colazione: era deliziosa! Ho sentito tutto il calore e la cura con cui era fatta. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare in un luogo così affascinante.
