We stayed in Francesco's apartment from Thursday to Sunday and we had a great time! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, like staying at home! Monticchio is ten minutes from L'Aquila and half anhour from Fonte Cerreto, from which the cable car to Gran Sasso starts. The Gran Sasso is beautiful and, if you like nature, trekking, cycling or horseback riding, the location of the house is optimal to reach the natural attractions of the area. Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. The reception was good, Carmine uses fine tools to communicate pleasantly if you do not speak the same language. The space and surroundings are beautiful.

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, nice pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely okay for us. Angelo is a great host, we'd come back any time.

Very nice property located in a quiet area, spacious and can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is required to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

Lea and Roland are fantastic hosts, very responsive and friendly. Quiet location, shared kitchen and garden with pool, great restaurants in the area. Very relaxing.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

A real corner of paradise; first of all the availability and kindness of Oriana who welcomed us in a house cared for in every detail, where there was no lack of comfort to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the Marche hills. A special thank you also from our dog who perhaps enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden more than anyone else.

We enjoyed walking around the historic center and shopping in local shops. Beautiful views from the apartment with a fantastic balcony for breakfast and a glass of wine.

The apartment is bright, good design, with a beautiful view, we also really liked our balcony. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, for us a great bonus was the coffee machine. Alessandra was super helpful! I would gladly go back there :)

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

Ervis’s apartment is simply decorated with no clutter. Everything is spotlessly clean with beautiful large sliding glass doors looking directly on the Adriatic Sea. There is a huge balcony off of the living space and a large balcony with a washing machine off of the master bedroom. Plenty of space and great windows throughout the apartment too. There is parking right at the apartment entrance with a locked security gated area. Ervis gave us great restaurant recommendations and a good price on his beach rentals which are directly across the street. The street is lined with shops and restaurants and a beautiful “Lungomare” for walking. So lovely and convenient! We loved this area and really enjoyed his apartment. Thank you, Ervis!
