Felix and his family have created a true oasis in the middle of the Black Forest. A place of rest that is perfect for slowing down and recharging. Pure idyll, only green in front of the window. In bad weather, the cozy, lovingly furnished apartment invites you to make a fire, read, cook and look out the window. In good weather, everything is open to you in the middle of the Black Forest. In 10 minutes by car to Himmelreich and then 15 minutes by S-Bahn you are in beautiful Freiburg. We enjoyed the 10 days and especially the bad weather days. Thank you dear Felix for sharing this wonderful place with other people.

Very nice accommodation and very nice hosts. Everything was thought of, really everything. Recommended as a base, but in the immediate vicinity there is not much to find.

Our second stay in Sonja's apartment was very nice and cozy. Since our first stay the flat was upgraded with some nice little touches like a bottle of wine and bathrobes, which made it even more comfortable. Having both, shower and bathtub, the bathroom is very well equipped for relaxing! If you're looking for a flat with enough space, in walking distance to town and nature, then this flat is perfect!

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything necessary. We felt very comfortable. Peter was very warm, also to our children and the location was great.

Very nice apartment and pleasantly cool especially in the hot temperatures, highly recommended! Good alternative to camping on the Southside if you want to participate in the festival a little more relaxed ;D Check-in/out uncomplicated, quiet neighborhood, parking nearby. Everything's fine, happy to come back!

Accommodation as described

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was extremely clean and perfect for one person. The location was especially practical – ideal if, like me, you want to hike the Schluchtensteig. The path leads directly past the apartment, which is simply awesome for hiking enthusiasts. Also good bus connections from Lenzkirch. The host was always easy to reach, and check-in and check-out went completely smoothly. A big plus was the parking space right outside the door – very convenient. The apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished, without unnecessary frills. Everything you need was there, including a smart TV for relaxing evenings. A small downside: The dishwasher was unfortunately not usable, and only two hotplates worked. However, that was not a big problem for me, as I usually ate on the go anyway. Overall a clear recommendation – I'd come back anytime!

we had a wonderful week in a beautiful and complete apartment. If you love peace and nature, with plenty of things to do in the nearby area, this is your place! We would like to go back again, because we have not seen everything yet. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in the Black Forest and is very conveniently located. Next to grocery stores and a couple minutes from the train station. Apartment is very well furnished and has everything needed.

For the third time I stayed at Anja's place and it was perfect again. The apartment is very nice, quiet, super clean and the hosts absolutely likeable and uncomplicated.

A super nice apartment, very clean and everything you need. Julia and her family are very warm, you feel right at home. Perfect starting point for numerous excursions. Absolute recommendation, you rarely find such a vacation apartment.

Very courteous, friendly, competent hosts!! It was a very nice relaxing weekend. The hosts took care of everything and always responded very quickly. It was also very clean! We even forgot a little something there and it was offered to send it to us directly. I would book there again and again ☺️

It was a super apartment with beautiful views. There were "Bodensee cards" on the table for us without any explanation from the host about the use of these cards. Unfortunately, we didn't know what to do with it. We went to the Info in Sipplingen the day after. Fortunately, we got all the answers for using our cards there. Unfortunately, we were unable to dispose of our waste anywhere, as the waste containers were already full upon arrival. Even after 12 days, we were unable to get rid of it. So we took everything and threw it away at different supermarkets. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Tip: possibly awnings at the dining room table. It is very annoying when you look at the sun at breakfast and have to put all your "fridge" stuff in the sun. There is an oven, so a few oven gloves would not be a luxury.

Small but nice apartment. Everything new and nicely decorated. Perfect for one person. Small flaw: there is no view. I'd love to come back :)

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back if we were in the area again. The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and well-kept. It was perfect for outings to Wutach Gorge— 10-15 minutes to various different parking areas— and about 45 minutes from the Rhine Falls. The area was very pretty and the house garden was beautiful to see.

Everything very high quality and modern- we were just amazed. The amenities are so complete, like at home. There's nothing missing. It goes very well beyond the normal level of vacation rentals. If you still need something (raclette, sled), just ask the landlord. Very helpful. The views from the apartment is outstanding, sunrise behind the mountains... An exceptional luxury apartment in a great location in the Black Forest, a few minutes drive to Switzerland.

i felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment has a quiet but central location. Bakeries, supermarket, restaurants are within walking distance. the apartment has a very large and beautiful bathroom, there are electric shutters. All good.

We highly recommend this place; we especially enjoyed the quiet location and nature. The apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and from the balcony, where we ate every day, you have a great view.

Excellent accommodation in the middle of Freiburg. Walking distance to everything

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

the house was fantastic, beautiful farm house with traditional Swiss decor. the lift was amazing for us with 2 people in wheelchairs, it made things a lot easier.
