Our house is in the center of the town in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the food and beverage, shopping and all other venues in the center. You can also swim from the port within walking distance. Despite the central location of the house, it is a very quiet and peaceful street. There are two bedrooms and a sofa that can be a double bed. It can accommodate six people. Thanks to its inner garden that has no connection to the outside, it offers both a two-minute distance to all the facilities of the center and a quiet accommodation.

Our stone house, which is in one of the best locations of the central Greek Quarter of Bozcaada with sea and island views, also offers a unique service with the use of the common terrace area of the Denizyıldızı Hotel with sea views. Our stone house has two floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed. Downstairs there is a sitting area with 2 sofa beds, a kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, breakfast service is provided at an additional fee per person at the restaurant that Denizyıldızı has an agreement with.

Our historic Greek Stone Vineyard is registered with the Board of Monuments and has been restored in accordance with the original with permission. Our house is detached, located in a quiet area of Ada, close to Ayana Beach, and has a view of Lesbos Island and Baba Castle.

We share with you our own independent entrance, bathroom and a small kitchenette right next to our vineyard house located in the middle of the island. There is also a mini fridge in the place, which has an independent patio, outdoor shower and parking lot in front of it. We are 5 minutes by car from Ayazma beach and 8 minutes from the center.
