Our house is in the Greek neighborhood and has been newly renovated without disturbing its texture. There are two rooms on the upper floor of our two-storey duplex house. Our 1st room consists of two rooms with a connecting door, a double bed in the inner room and a sofa with a double bed in the entrance room. Our 2nd room has a double bed. Our rooms are air-conditioned and have a toilet and bathroom in the room. The kitchen is OPEN to use at the entrance, and we have a corner set that can be a table and a bed. The furniture and white goods in our house are new.

Our stone house, which is in one of the best locations of the central Greek Quarter of Bozcaada with sea and island views, also offers a unique service with the use of the common terrace area of the Denizyıldızı Hotel with sea views. Our stone house has two floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed. Downstairs there is a sitting area with 2 sofa beds, a kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, breakfast service is provided at an additional fee per person at the restaurant that Denizyıldızı has an agreement with.

There is a double and a single bed. All the details in our house are designed for you to have a holiday in the comfort of your own home in the center of the Island.

All the equipment that should be in a house is available. It is in the city center and transportation is quite easy.(5-minute walk from the pier) There is a sitting and resting area on our terrace, you can enjoy the view (You can have breakfast or dinner on the terrace) Note: Our terrace is for common use.
