Mark and Jane were extremely communicative throughout. We were able to access easily using a key code box. The house was very clean and tidy and they had kindly left us tea, coffee, milk, water bottles and chocolate biscuits! The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly decorated and the huge bath was a lovely treat. The house was a few mins drive from the wedding venue we were attending. Mark and Jane recommended a couple of taxi services. We used Hawk, which have a fantastic app so transport was very easy. All in all, a great short stay in Ipswich. Thank you.

The cottage itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, filled with authentic British charm that made it peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. It had everything we needed and more—every amenity was thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t have been more perfect: just a short walk to the main area of town and right across the street from the railroad station, which made getting around so convenient. This was the perfect countryside escape, and we’re so grateful for Sarah’s hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely time staying at Emma's place. It was in a wonderful location with great access to the sea front, shops, galleries and restaurants. Everything was easily accessible and although the flat was on the High Street it was very quiet inside. The cooking facilities in the flat were perfect to make a simple meal which we did several times during our stay. The flat itself was very spacious and light inside. Finally, the response time of our host was excellent and they always answered our messages promptly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
