A beautifully well maintained and much loved holiday home and FREE WIFI throughout. Full central heating and also "AIR-CONDITIONING'....lovely in the Summer!!!! Corner plot with private parking and not overlooked. Also, our Lodge is close but not too close to both the main entrance and all entertainment areas.

Ofcourse, an open plan kitchen connects to the living room, so that you can easily get up and grab a cold one without missing a single moment of the X-factor! The bedrooms are also a couple of steps away, with the master bedroom located between the two twin single rooms. Access to all the amenities on site does require a day pass to be purchased upon arrival from the reception.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
