Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Temple Terrace

this was a perfect house to get our family ready in for our daughter's wedding. The owners do park on the property as well which honestly was okay with us because if we needed something they would respond quickly being near by. we give this place a 10/10.

Perfect for our extended family. So much to do at the house, pool, hot tub, darts, pool table etc! The location was 15 min from Busch Gardens and an hour from Weeki Wachee, which was great for us! The house is spacious with everything you need.

Great place, pool was very nice. Rooms were nice. We stayed with our young kids and there weren’t plastic plates/ cups, but they were careful with the glassware. Fridge was very updated and nice as well as tvs in all the rooms and living room. Great lounging couch. Overall we would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this quaint and charming home in Tampa! We specifically chose this place because of its close proximity to the Yuengling Center, where we were attending a concert — it was incredibly convenient and just a short drive away. The house itself is beautifully maintained and full of character. It’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought and care into making it comfortable and welcoming. The décor had a cozy, vintage but yet modern feel, and everything was spotless when we arrived. That said, we were initially a little concerned about the neighborhood, as this home is clearly one of the nicest on the block. However, we didn’t have any issues during our stay, and the house felt safe and secure. Overall, this was a great spot for our concert weekend — comfortable, charming, and perfectly located. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we're back in the area!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. So well thought out and decorated. Entertaining is a breeze with the outdoor spaces. They’ve done a lavish job with the thoughtfulness and the interior touches! Very helpful with any suggestions and responsive immediately with any questions I had. Book this place, it’s really perfect.

The place was really great. It was really close to my daughter-in-law‘s home is like nine minutes away. It was nice. The inside was very nice. Very neat. I love neat and tidy that’s just neat.

Just like the pictures and description. Lots of driveway space and clear instructions. Responsive and accommodating hosts, perfect little apartment for a few people close to downtown. We didn’t feel crammed at all!

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.
