It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
