Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature inside the forest and relax listening to the river and birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a campfire area, a whirlpool tub, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining room, a TV room, and internet. It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

We are on a jetty so you can rent boats, sailboats, and kayaks right there, as well as order firewood to be brought to you for your campfire in the yard.
