Beautiful little house with spectacular views of the lake from a nice and spacious terrace with dining room, barbecue, potted plants, hammock, umbrella and two recliners. All bedrooms have a view of the lake. A lot of natural light comes in. It has a fireplace but this is largely decorative because it is warm all year round. A 15-minute walk from downtown, five minutes from La Peña and three minutes from grocery stores. Dishwasher, refrigerator, tableware, heater. We welcome pets and children.

Excellent treatment of the people who attended us, extremely attentive and proactive, a very kind and attentive host to our concerns, detailed, very clean and very well preserved, very well equipped, great lighting, quiet, the heated pool, overlooking the lake, the detail is only the parking lot that is very steep, but it is compensated with everything else that makes you have a very pleasant stay for everyone !! It was Incredible. To be my first time accessing a place through this platform, I think it was a satisfying experience. And with the help of Carlos Eduardo, it was even more so.
