We booked an hour before and he welcomed us very warmly and was kind at all times, I can tell you that the experience was very pleasant. Excellent accommodation with great value for money. Take care of every detail. It is conveniently located (10 minutes from downtown Valle) and you also have everything at hand (supermarket, pharmacy, miscellaneous), the ranch is impeccable and the place is very nice. The pool, green areas and barbecue area are the icing on the cake. We're leaving with a great taste in our mouths. I would definitely come back. Reality surpasses the photos! 100% recommended.

Excellent stay!!! I went to celebrate my birthday in Valle de Bravo with friends, Roberto and his family welcomed us, who in my opinion are very nice people who make you feel at home. They also gave us the best care, they gave me a little gift for my birthday. As for the house, it's very clean and the truth is that the house is a little more spacious than it looks in the photos. As for music, they let us have it without a theme but at a moderate volume. The house is very central as it is close to several restaurants, bars and the lake (we did not have to use a car). The rooms are very nice and give an excellent sense of home in the mini cabin style. Roberto was always on the lookout for our arrival and on the lookout if we needed anything. My friends and I had a wonderful time at the house. I recommend it 100%, you won't regret it!!!

It's a good place because you don't enter the traffic chaos of downtown Valle de Bravo and you can walk there. You leave your car in the apartment and that's it. Francisco is very kind and always attentive.

2-story loft with an amazing view of the lake in Valle, the balcony literally overlooked the water. Minimalist, comfortable, practical and functional decor. Very safe on-site parking. Half an hour from downtown Valle. Wi-Fi, TV, Alexa, everything to keep you connected. Jacuzzi pool overlooking the lake and barbecue, 100% recommended!

We loved the accommodation, the rooms were super clean, spacious and tidy, Camila's attention was excellent, the outdoor area was super nice and cared for, it has horns, the pool water was warm to taste, in the bathrooms there was hot water, there is space to store up to 6-7 cars. Safety is very good, he stays a person all day looking after or if something is needed with the house, we see it with him. Only to consider the grill or grill is gas, if his plan is to stay to cook, we consider that he is a little more pans, but in the basics this suuuuper well. In short, we'll come back.

The stay was really nice, Beto is the person who is there and he was always available, he answered us super fast in any situation... I went for an event and came back at 4am and he was always very kind to open and assist us, everything was fine, just as an observation, the light in the place is too dim, they should put in more lamps or a slightly stronger light (even in the kitchen area) since it was difficult for us to cook at night due to the lack of light.

The apartment, house and location are superb and beautiful. Angel and Guillermo were fantastic. It was exactly what we wanted: A great place to be surrounded by nature, a pool, a fire at night and just pure relaxation near all the activities of greater Valle de Bravo. Can’t recommend it more.
