It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

There are 3 floors that you can manage according to your lifestyle, for example if you go as a couple you can use the bedroom on the third floor as a work area and definitely do home-office. but you'll also have that space for a guest bedroom. Also, if you have a child, you can dedicate that second bedroom to them.

There is a bike path at the entrance of the place. 15 minutes from Avándaro and 20 from the center of Valle. You'll enjoy it!
