We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

Comfortable and modern guest house near Berlin

Our guest house is located right next to the nature reserve, on the southern edge of Oranienburg, not far from lakes and attractions. By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. Extra bed possible. A terrace with seating is not provided.

Cozy garden house by the lake, north of Berlin

Our accommodation is located directly on the Lehnitzsee, north of Berlin. Ideal for cyclists, couples, single travelers and small families (2 extra beds are possible in the attic). The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. ATTENTION: The cottage does not have a complete kitchen - it is best to read our advert carefully. :)

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a waterfront property. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family house, our vacation home is also located directly on the water on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Come and enjoy the time with us!

Charming guest house not far from Lake Zeesener

The guesthouse "The Pines" is located on the edge of the forest in Senzig and only 1 km from Lake Zeesen. Perfect for slowing down, recharging or sitting in Berlin at the meeting in 45 minutes. The perfect base for exploring the area or to enjoy the magnificent nature. Newly furnished in 2022 and completely renovated in 2024, the apartment is located on an extensive property with direct forest access.

Comfortable home directly at Sanssouci Park - no.1

In beautiful Potsdam and its often even more beautiful backyards you will find our new house with its two apartments Elise and Charlotte. Here you book one of the two apartments, which are almost identical. The apartment is 52 sqm large, has an 11 sqm terrace and is completely furnished. Due to the backyard location and the view into the greenery, relaxation is guaranteed despite the capital city flair.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor.
