It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m2 in size, has been lovingly renovated by us and the character is largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same plot as our house, so we are available if questions arise.
