Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and the communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and were given a short tour of the property. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the property are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also hassle-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

We loved our stay at Witenmoos! We’re a family of 5 and it was just perfect for us. So many activities for the children, great location close to some incredible restaurants and the apartment itself was perfect. So clean, well equipped, just a brilliant place to spend a week ❤️

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We stayed with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful place and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. Particularly noteworthy is the spa area: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but honestly, we didn't really miss it. The surroundings offer excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, a place to stay that we can fully recommend.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Friendly host and spacious appartment! Nice appartment equipped with everything needed for stay. Unbelievably big balcony with great view. The only thing to consider - proximity of highway, otherwise perfect place for two families or group of friends! Highly recommend this place for long stay! Thanks Florian for hospitality!

We stayed at Alexandra's place for an extended weekend. Apartment is corresponding to the description. Everything was tidy. Communication with Alexandra without problems. We felt very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

We felt very comfortable in Maria Alm. The apartment is very nicely decorated, spacious and has a great sun terrace. The landlords are very nice and gave us excellent advice on our excursion considerations. The center and also a grocery store are easily accessible on foot. For our car, there was a parking space right by the house. In general, we found the included Hochkönig card, with which you can use lifts and buses free of charge unlimited, very positive. Furthermore, the maps available in the apartment are very helpful.

Excellent apartments, I would like to recommend them with confidence. Convenient location, modern fresh renovation, clean and cozy. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay and stay, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Comfortable beds and bed linen. The view from the window pleases with its beautiful mountains, it is especially great to watch it from the large terrace outside. Also available is a ski room, a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which makes active recreation even more comfortable.

We were there with the family and with our two dogs. We had a great weekend. The place, the location and the entire package was great, there is nothing to complain about! Super dear hosts who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. Both my parents and our dogs felt totally comfortable. Great place to hike, ski or just relax. I can definitely recommend it to anyone, we'd love to come back :)
