Superb 3-bed house with stunning views & hot tub

Home away from home. This delightful 3-bed is based in a quaint North Devon village, with easy access by foot to the local pub, Barnstaple and many enjoyable walking routes. By car, guests can enjoy local beaches and Exmoor national park. Spacious open plan living, a large modern kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining options. For those cosy evenings, there is a snug TV area. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and ensuite. (NB.Bedroom 2 can be made up as 2 singles).

Pill Farm is an idyllic and secluded farm house situated in Lake, a stones throw from Barnstaple. Cosy, self contained 2 bedroom annexe with countryside views. One double and one single bedroom, a separate sitting room and kitchen with breakfast bar. Your home from home has its own private entrance with ample parking and can easily accommodate a trailer. Close to Exmoor National Park, RHS Rosemoor gardens, beautiful North Devon beaches (great for surfing!) and the Tarka Trail for avid cyclists.

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

My partner and I were after a cosy and relaxing weekend and we got just that at the director’s hut! Kate and Geoff have created such an amazing space with 10/10 attention to detail. Beautiful shower and the comfiest bed ever. The hut has everything you need and we really loved the collection of cd’s and cooking on the fire outside. Geoff and Kate were awesome hosts and super kind and helpful during our stay! I recommend this gem to anyone looking to switch off and relax.

Nicky was a great host, very communicative and accommodating for needs during my stay. I stayed for an extended period of 4 weeks and during this time Nicky checked on me regularly to ensure everything was up to standard if if there was anything extra I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Kev's place was exactly as described. very clean and fresh throughout. Kev was super helpful and I would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

An absolute gem of a find, a lovely place to stay in a stunning vicinity. The Reading Rooms is beautifully presented, clean, comfortable and with several added extras. There are basic necessities provided in the kitchen and all the cleaning materials needed which saves packing as much and was greatly appreciated. The host was fantastic giving us all the needed information and very responsive. Only thing to note is there's extra charges for the EV charging and they're not that competitively priced so if you've booked especially as it's got its own EV charger as we originally had then take this into consideration! However we will definitely be returning as it was such a lovely place with great hosts.

We stayed at Clare & Dave's home during our Exmoor visit and can highly recommend staying with these very friendly hosts and their lovely Cockapoo ladies! It is a very modern and cozy home and we had the 2nd floor with a bedroom and a private bathroom to us. Clare and Dave are great hosts and were always available in case we had any questions.
