The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

Only a 2 minute stroll to the lake edge with great restaurants, cafes & water activities close by. A comfy home away from home for your relaxing Taupo visit with free WIFI. # Please note there is a 2 night minimum stay for peak periods (including public holidays) and 1 night bookings on Friday and Saturday nights will only be accepted either on the day or possibly the day before.

Tui Cottage - Self-contained and cosy chalet.

Tui Cottage is a cosy and private haven, with queen-sized bed & bathroom, totally separate from the main house. Tui bird song greets the day. You may be visited by Punkie, my tortoise shell quirky-tailed cat. Glimpse lake views between the trees. Tui Cottage is a non-smoking property. 5 mins walk to a local shopping centre & approximately 5 mins drive to the lakefront. Fully self contained, with a brand new super comfy bed, it is a private haven, although we're not far away if there's anything we can do to help. With unlimited internet, it's own private outdoor setting, it's the perfect option for weekend break, a longer stay, or if you're just passing through.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town! Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 5. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.
