Öböl Apartment

The cozy apartment is located directly on the shores of Lake Balaton, in a social resort. The apartment is for 4 people, size 35 sqm, rooms: room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, terrace. The accommodation offers a barbecue (gas grill), cauldron cooking area, beach kayaks, SUP, ping pong table, swing, sun lounger. A fishing boat is also available for our guests, which is available at the marina 1 km from the accommodation. Platán Beach is a 5-minute walk and Kodály Beach is a 1-minute walk away.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

An added feature is our outdoor gazebo, which houses an extra-large dining space for friends and family, and is fully-equipped.

A 3 hálószoba és a tágas nappali mindegyike közvetlen teraszkapcsolattal, és balatoni panorámával rendelkezik. 2 fürdőszoba, és gazdagon felszerelt amerikai konyhás nappali biztosítja a maximális kényelmet.

Bamboo Garden House

Zen Varázs Malom-tónál, aranyhalas patak parton, sétányra nyíló kertben, hol szőlő, füge, körte termett, kis házikót építettem. Tetejét cseréppel, falait fával fedtem, s szépen berendeztem. "Bambuszerdő" mellett izzó faparázson vacsorát süthettek, egy jó kancsó borral, finom falatokkal asztalhoz ülhettek. Hintaágyban ringatózva, patak csobogását, madár csacsogását hallgassátok, csillagok állását, Nap, Hold járását bámuljátok! A tavat körbesétáljátok! Remélem elvarázsol! 😉

Apartment directly next to Lake Balaton

The first floor apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac on the shore of Lake Balaton is comfortable for 1-4 people. From the living room, bedroom and terrace you can see Lake Balaton a few meters away. The free beach, bordered by plane trees, opens directly from the enclosed courtyard. The water of the lake is slowly deepening, so it is ideal for families with children to swim. Parking is free of charge right in front of the house, in the place belonging to the apartment.
