Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

The house is in the village, yet it borders the National Park. By day, we can enjoy the magnificent panorama and the sunsets from the garden in the evenings. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, American kitchen+living room. At the end of the private garden, horses graze. It is possible to park in the garden with a large trampoline for the children's pleasure. The land includes a clearing with a beautiful view that'll stay with you even after you leave. You'll find some of the best local wines in our cellar and you cal also enjoy Netflix and HBO if you decide to stay inside. Lake Balaton is within 11 kms, approximately a 15 minute drive from the house. The house is accessable via a mud road.

Balatonhenye is a small, hidden village. Henye means slothful or lazy in hungarian. The village lives up to its name being an ideal escape to relaxation and recreation. The stone house was built in 1867 and now offers our guests a great roofed terrace with connection to the spacious kitchen, a livingroom, a bedroom and a great mansard. The path of Kéktúra hiking route goes by the village, there are great local wines and several high gastronomy restaurants nearby. Lake Balaton is 12 km near.

In Balatonhenye, a nicely renovated, two-storey, large farmhouse with a garden is for rent. We provide comfortable accommodation for 8 people in 3 bedrooms, +2 more people can sleep in the living room. Balatonhenye is the last really untouched village in the Káli Basin in a quiet valley surrounded by forests. The beaches of the lake BALATON can be reached by car in 10 minutes. To buy food you should go into the neighboring village, Köveskál (4 km). The house is ideal for rest and vacation.
