The Lake Balaton holiday home was built in the 1930s and rests in the embrace of a huge green garden. The house has undergone a complete renovation in recent years, but the almost hundred-year-old ship floor, the flowery cement slab, the old cassette windows or the chandeliers have remained, which evoke the contemporary bourgeois atmosphere. The house is located on Sziget Street, close to the shore, but the railway is further away, so it does not disturb the rest. The beach is a few minutes' walk along a coastal path.

Im Zuge dieser Baumaßnahmen, entstand im ehemaligen Dachboden ein luxuriöses Gästeappartement auf ca. 150m². Seit 2013 ist auch der alte Teil der Villa zu vermieten.
