The apartment of nearly 70 m2 has a kitchen, two large bedrooms, which also have separate showers. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 4 apartment condominium, the house has its own fenced-in courtyard, and the courtyard has a garage for guests. The apartment was fully renovated in 2021, and the furniture is also new.
