A wonderful experience at Jessica's place, an extremely attentive and understanding host, given that due to my flight schedules I had to check in late, she helped us and made our arrival easy without any problems. The apartment is just like the photos, impeccable, with all the equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay. A point to highlight is the tranquility of the area and the security of the condominium, with quick and close access to bars, restaurants, and meters from a beautiful beach. My family and I enjoyed the place, which we do not hesitate to recommend and will be able to return to book this place. Thanks to Jessica for the attention and for making us feel at home.

We stayed for five days and the stay at the house was extremely pleasant! Renata always assisted us immediately and gave us local tips. The house was extremely clean and everything was very new, all the utensils we needed were at hand and the common areas such as the swimming pool and gourmet area were impeccable. All rooms are air-conditioned, even the living room, which made the experience even more enjoyable! We'll be back for sure!! The house perfectly accommodated our group of five.

We're all in love with the place, it's beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The stay was excellent, we will be back for sure. Tip: It pays more to rent a car to have a 10/10 experience, the location is a little far from the center of Arraial to walk.

The place is wonderful, the park, the pool area, at night as it is lit up, it is beautiful, the house has everything, it is very comfortable, it has all the appliances you can imagine, full kitchen, the room at the top, it is spacious and with a good view (a little uncomfortable the bathroom downstairs) but it is worth it, 100 meters from the beach and at the touch of the vans that take you to the raft or to the center, in conclusion I recommend it without any doubt

Very good, clean and organized place, as described in the listing. The photos are real of the location. Very close to the beach, you can walk there easily. We arrived at 5 a.m. and were very well received. Very good, without much bureaucracy. I recommend it!

Our stay at André and Cida's place was perfect. They always very attentive with us,we were received mto well, made us happy. The house is excellent,in person is even more beautiful than in the photos. Excellent location,close to the best beaches and general commerce. Ahhh,I forgot to point out that we had the privilege of living a little with the cute dogs Kiara and Leady who wanted to bring home rs. Super recommend, I only have to thank André and Cida for their affection with us at the accommodation, we will definitely be back.

The house is great, it accommodates 6 people very well. There are rules for using the pool, but everything is very quiet and well explained. The place is excellent, with a great location. We had a stay without a setback. The owners are extremely attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Flexible check-in, close to everything, the market, the best kiosks, close to the airport, the walkway... I did everything by Uber and the tours picked us up directly from the apartment.

Perfect for days of rest and leisure in the warm and quiet pool. The owner, Mario, and his entire team were extremely attentive, caring and always available to help with anything. The Condominium is located near the beach and restaurants very private, so you can walk to them. Modern house with all the amenities, comfortable living space & beautiful kitchen. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is cozy, very clean, organized. Very well located, close to the beach, famous Cabana do Gaúcho, Cabana Axé Moi. Close to a Supermarket, Restaurant, Snack Bar, Pharmacy. A very peaceful place. Thais is very attentive, a lovely person. I recommend it, I hope to return.

My experience in the stay was just amazing! The location is excellent, with easy access to beaches, bars and all local shops — all close by, which made our tours much easier. The location is super safe, with an electronic gate and properly identified access, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the trip. The apartment is complete, well organized and super functional. A special highlight is the washing machine, which made all the difference: we managed to get back from the trip with everything clean and organized! In addition, the water temperature, both in the showers and in the pool, was always pleasant, providing comfort in moments of rest. And the air-conditioning cooling down nicely was a wonderful relief after the hot beach days.
