Even so, it is a quiet, peaceful and safe street with a 24-hour doorman. Close to any and all shops, as well as pharmacies, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is a duplex with 2 en-suites, a half-bath. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. The condominium has two swimming pools, adult and children's. The pool area has a barbecue grill, freezer and a male/female bathroom.
