My stay was wonderful, my family was very well settled in, comfortable, we were very well received by Erika, who showed time availability to any situation that happened, very polite as well as Marcelo himself. The place was extremely clean, organized, all utensils in perfect condition, nice-smelling linens.... it was a perfect stay, I highly recommend it and I will return again. I leave here my thanks to Erika who welcomed us and to Marcelo.

I highly recommend Residence Pé na Areia!!! Beautiful and cozy place. It really is “feet in the sand,” because the beach is the backyard. Super clean and organized house. Sufficient, clean and high-quality bed and bath linens. Comfortable beds. Marco is attentive and helpful. He always assisted us efficiently. The staff are very polite. I felt safe, as the condominium is closed and there is a guard at night. And on top of that, there's the “being in Bahia” that I love so much.

Whenever I can and the location is available I'll be back .....it's worth it

Great location, close to the beach, next to the tent of Gaúcho, in front of the condominium there is a little square that is a few food trailers, has a market in front of the square, there is a restaurant nearby, the condominium is very quiet, without noise, a very large pool with the warm water, a house with good space.

Everything was very pleasant, from the first contact with Esther, she even received us, accepted early check-in, which made our arrival much easier, very clean place, organized, real photos, very quiet neighborhood and a 5-minute walk to the beach, several good tents nearby, easy to get around by Uber or bus to go to the center or Coroa Vermelha, supermarket nearby, everything was really wonderful! Safe and quiet condominium, including security, which is a super positive point for me, I walked at night in the neighborhood alone or with two children and I felt completely safe! Anyway, I highly recommend this apartment, Esther, thank you very much!

I loved my stay, the AP was impeccable, everything clean, Beth who received us very polite and Gentle always willing to help us. The neighborhood is residential and has a great neighborhood. I really like to go back for sure.

Amazing house! Super well-equipped with everything very accessible and practical. The host Marcelo responds very quickly and responds to requests immediately. We loved the stay, we stayed 7 days and we would have stayed longer without any problems. I recommend it without fear.

it was very nice to know the region the place is very pleasant as described in the advertisement and I would say that even a little more is the beach ladinho which, by the way, I considered one of the best here in the region, especially for those who have a swimming pool that has in the place that is very good well cared for by the employees unfortunately we can not enjoy it because it rained a lot in the days we came but knowing the region was worth a lot, for sure, we will return to another opportunity for sure.

I really liked the accommodation, the street is half strange, the more it is close to the beach, to go on foot, there was no communication with the reception of the residential, because the pool has a day of cleaning and was not informed. It passed the wrong password of the wi-fi to us, we spent 3 days using our mobile data, until we informed Deane and she quickly resolved and passed the password correctly. apart from that, just compliments, clean and organized flet and recommend it.

Great location. Close to the beach and a little far from the mess, place as described in the photos, very well cleaned and organized, heated pool and very safe place, with people access control. Market and restaurants nearby. I love it and I intend to go back.
