Fantastic newly built & modern villa in Bovallstrand

The house is located in fantastic Bovallstrand with seaview. The house is in a suterring. Entrance level consists of large modern fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island from 2021. Dining area for 10 persons and large living room with fireplace. Fully tiled bathroom with brass details and shower. On the entrance level there are built-in speakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. Downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a tiled bathroom with a shower. Here you will also find a big TV room with sofa and big screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining area for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where the Jacuzzi, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and dining area for 10 are available. The whole house is top modern with all the luxury that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Single level villa of 90m2 located in quiet and quiet villa area in downtown Grebbestad. With walking distance of about 300 meters to Grebbestads pier and about 500 meters to the beach in the city center, you have the opportunity to explore the whole of Grebbestad's restaurant and brewing life. You are also close to a large range of other activities such as Kayak Center, tennis courts, paddle ball courts, Tjurpannan Nature Reserve, day trips to surrounding island life by boat etc. There are activities for all ages and interests.

ENTRANCE LEVEL: Hall, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom UPSTAIRS: Hallway and 3 Bedrooms (one large and two smaller) OTHER: Wi-Fi, TV, (Chromecast), BBQ, small outdoor furniture, sun loungers etc.. Note: You leave the house in the same state as when you arrived, i.e. clean. Bed linen and towels are brought by guest. Proximity to Fjällbacka, Tanum, Grebbestad, Bovallstrand, Hunnebo, Smögen etc.

Great villa (230 sqm) is rented in quiet and pleasant area. Walking distance to the beach. Nice for two or large family/friends. Party and event not allowed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and cooking plate. Pets are not allowed. Been a dog in the house. Electricity car charging after agreement. Wi-Fi included. Bed linen not included , to be booked upon agreement. NOK 250 per person. Recent water leak. Missing paint finish. There are two rental objects on the property. Rented independently.

A Peaceful, cosy, and homy Swedish house by the ocean. The house is located in the pretty Swedish town. If you’re planning a calm and quiet vacation being in nature, here you’ll be able to experience a genuine and fantastically beautiful ocean and forest. Every season have its aesthetic charm, you'll love nature in Havstenssund. Spend a special moments with family (with kids) and significant others! There are several fantastic local restaurants and shops in the closest town Grebbestad as well.

Lovely and spacious country house in the picturesque fishing village of Grebbestad on the west coast of Sweden. Sea view, two large terassases & a large lawn for recreation and play. Close to the sea (400 m) with jetty and small beach. Beautiful surroundings. 5 min by car to the village (25 min walk) with several nice restaurants. Great area for family and kids with many organized activities, play parks, sports (paddel, tennis, beachvolley, minigolf, scubadiving). Large shopping center nearby
