Fantastisk nybyggd & modern villa i Bovallstrand

Huset ligger beläget i fantastiska Bovallstrand med havsutsikt. Huset är i suterräng. Entréplan består av stort modernt fullt utrustad kök med köksö från 2021. Matplats för 10 personer samt stort vardagsrum med öppenspis. Helkaklat badrum med mässingdetaljer och dusch. På entré plan finns inbyggda högtalare i taket som styrs via Sonos. Det finns även ett loft med två enkelsängar, soffa och tv. Nedervåningen består av 3 sovrum varav sovrum 1 är med walk-in-closet och dubbelsäng, sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar och egen utgång till terassen och sovrum 3 med en familjesäng för plats för tre. På nedervåningen finns även tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett helkaklat badrum med dusch. Här finner ni också ett stort tv-rum med soffa och storbilds-tv. Huset har en stor balkong på entréplan med matplats för 8 och med trappa ner till ett enormt trädäck där jacuzzi, solbäddar, utemöbler och matplats för 10 finns. Hela huset är toppmodernt med all lyx som kan behövas och med senaste utrustningen. Bredband finns inkopplat i hela huset.

A Peaceful, cosy, and homy Swedish house by the ocean. The house is located in the pretty Swedish town. If you’re planning a calm and quiet vacation being in nature, here you’ll be able to experience a genuine and fantastically beautiful ocean and forest. Every season have its aesthetic charm, you'll love nature in Havstenssund. Spend a special moments with family (with kids) and significant others! There are several fantastic local restaurants and shops in the closest town Grebbestad as well.

Flott villa (230kvm) leies ut i rolig og hyggelig området. Gangavstand til stranda. Fint for to eller stor familie/venner. Fest og arrangement ikke tillatt. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin, kaffemaskin, komfyr og kokeplate. Husdyr tillates ikke. Har vært hund i huset. EL billadning etter avtale. Wi-Fi inkludert. Sengetøy ikke inkludert ,bestilles etter avtale. kr 250 pr person. Nylig vannlekkasje. Mangler malingsfinish. Det er to utleie objekter på eiendommen. Leies ut uavhengig.

Large house near the sea, beautiful surroundings

Lovely and spacious country house in the picturesque fishing village of Grebbestad on the west coast of Sweden. Sea view, two large terassases & a large lawn for recreation and play. Close to the sea (400 m) with jetty and small beach. Beautiful surroundings. 5 min by car to the village (25 min walk) with several nice restaurants. Great area for family and kids with many organized activities, play parks, sports (paddel, tennis, beachvolley, minigolf, scubadiving). Large shopping center nearby
