Vacation rentals with a patio in Tampa

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

We just spent one night at Ramon’s place. We came out for a weekend for a concert. Wowww what a great find!!! The place was super modern, clean and beautiful. The bed was a Murphy bed, how clever, and very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful! We used the fridge and the freezer to keep our drinks cool but we didn’t prepare any food. And the bathroom, especially the huge shower, were wonderful. Thank you Ramon for your hospitality. We would definitely be back.

This was my first rental. I came in on Monday evening and my expected stay was until Friday. I had another trip to NOLA and the host made accommodations for early check out. They were pleasant to work with. The only issue I had was I needed a little more room for personal comfort as I like to watch TV and not be in bed. This is idea for a solo traveler.

Olivia is a great host and provided perfect instructions. She was concerned that we had a good stay, and her place is very neat and comfortable. I slept so well. Great location. Just minutes from anything you want to do. Olivia is a very responsive host and proactive in ensuring we had no problems. Great patio to have coffee in the morning! I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

5 stars! Young Joo’s apartment in downtown Ybor was perfect for our stay. The location is amazing—just steps from all the nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax. The place was super clean, just like the photos, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy, and communication was smooth the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite stays in the area. It's peaceful, clean, and dhad everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. They have added certain amenities that make your stay here so great as they continue to be amazing hosts. As long as I can book this location when available I will continue to do so.

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

This was the third time my co-workers and I have stayed in this location and it remains at the top of my list for AirBnbs in Tampa. The space is always immaculate and has none of the slightly worn feel of so many other AirBnbs. The amenities are great and the location is perfect - close to a grocery store, Armature Works, the river walk, Michelin star restaurants and more. We travel a a lot and stay in a lot of AirBnbs and this location is at the top of the list. Highly recommend!

Dayanna is a great host. Quick to answer questions, issues, food recommendations. Will definitely want to book this as a family getaway in the future.

the house is really nice. we really enjoyed the screened porch and pool table even though it was unlevel and there was only one usable cue stick. it was kinda like a mix of putt putt and pool haha :) it was also nice that there were doggy doors.

I had seen Priyank listing a few times, his color scheme and style caught my attention. This was a last minute booking and worked out perfectly. The location is very convenient and plenty of parking. Very well maintained property and you can really see where Priyank did not miss any opportunities to pay attention to detail. From q-tips and extra towels in the bathroom to TVs in both bedrooms tastefully installed with extra linens available! The kitchen has everything you could need, including 5 different coffee making options. I tried 3 of them! I made dinner for myself and used the air fryer as suggested from Priyank to cook steaks. They came out awesome! Communication was easy and amazing hospitality provided throughout! Totally recommended for everyone to stay visiting Tampa and I know for sure I will be back. They really did a great job here!!

Very peaceful stay. I slept very well. Had extra amenities and everything I could need. It’s very clean and the house is super nice. The host is very responsive and super sweet.

I enjoyed my stay here at this lovely home. Dariana was much help during our stay. My birthday trip was definitely one for the books. I enjoyed making breakfast eating outside near the pool , the walk in shower amazing, and even the mirrors !

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.
