Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Tiny house between lake and mountains

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 convertible d’appoint avec surmatelas). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Rated as a 4-star vacation cottage in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Located in Alex, 6 km from Menthon St Bernard (which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, cycle path, bike rental, pedal boats), 15 minutes from the Planfait paragliding site (Talloires) and 13 km from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
