Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Perfect to make the most of what both lac and mountains have to offer.

Multiple activities nearby summer and winter: paragliding or hang gliding, cannyoning, Angon waterfall, lakefront swimming, hiking at the foot of the studio, golf of Talloires or St Giez, the castles... in short your days will be full.
