A great space for family. Mauricio was very responsive to any questions I had. His place was roomy and clean.

Fantastic location and the pool was fantastic. Our son played in the pool for eight hours one day. Easy walk to a lot of restaurants.

Visiting FSU you won't go wrong with staying here. Very clean, geat location and Joanna is very nice. She made everything i needed to know very clear and responded immediately when I had a question. Beds are very clean and comfortable.

Owner was very responsive. Pictures are accurate of what you can expect. The property has board games, coffee, cookware inside. On the outside there is a pool which we enjoyed, the neighborhood was quiet and around a lot of fast food options and grocery stores. Overall very satisfied with our stay and we would stay again in the future.

The perfect house to spend a few days with the family. The place is quiet, near a lot of places to eat and the pool is the icing on the cake. The fact that it’s covered by a screen it helps with the heat, mosquitos. The house was perfect!

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. We enjoyed our few days at this spot in midtown Tallahassee. The location relative to town was great, but keep in mind it is on a busy road and the side drive leads to multiple apartments. The blinds and curtains were nice, but not all windows had both, so headlights were distracting. The kitchen was our favorite part, and the laundry was a blessing. The beds were comfortable. Definitely stay here when you have more than just a couple people!

We chose this home for its location, pet friendliness and amenities so that my daughter could recover comfortably from Surgery. It was all of this and so much more! Sharon was so amazing and responsive to any questions we had and her manner of responding, just made us both so comfortable being there. Beds were very comfy, the Kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed and the yard was nice and large for the dogs. Although it is minutes from everything (literally 7 minutes from whatever we chose, lol), it was very peaceful and quiet. Neighbors were nice and Sherry (neighbor behind us) was very friendly as well, even offering advice on recommended grooming services in the area. I highly recommend this home for any length stay. We were there for 24 days and felt at home and safe the entire time

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property, and everything was as described. Amber was very friendly and helpful. Our family was attending a family wedding, and this house gave us lots of room for everyone to get ready in, and lots of room to relax between wedding activities. The house is very child friendly. My 10 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter were part of our group. The House was very clean. There were many great restaurants in all directions around the area near the house. There is also a mall close by too. It was easy to get downtown or to get to the Interstate. When I return to Tallahassee I would stay at this property again.

This older home is part of a duplex, but has nice updated appointments. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is somewhat tucked away, but this makes it very quiet and peaceful. There are some main streets not too far that provide you with all you need. This home was perfect for our stay and we really enjoyed it! Great host and would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

Shelly's place was beautiful, in a nice neighborhood and close to lots of shipping, cafes and restaurants. Shelly's flexibility with checkout was appreciated though 11 am should be the standard.

We really enjoyed staying at Kimberly’s place. It was very convenient to FSU and downtown Tallahassee. It was exactly as described. There were two dedicated parking spots right in front of the place. All instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. We’d happily stay there again when visiting Tallahassee

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed - close to the venue we were visiting and roomy enough for our family group. Carlos not only had everything we needed, but also provided special treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Rustic River Retreat. We came with our kids and young grandkids and everyone had fun. We loved tha canoes, kayaks, and fishing poles were provided, and we got to use them all. The river was beautiful and we could easily canoe and kayak upstream. The house was just as he said, rustic, and it was comfortable, private, and there was plenty of space for all of us. There were lots of windows with beautiful views of the surrounding area. We would definitely stay there again.

This was an amazing forest retreat. The view from the many windows and the little patio outside the door is immersive. You really are in the forest and we saw a Barred Owl and several other beautiful birds. The bed was comfortable and the living area is spacious. Be aware that the bathroom is a little tight, but the shower fixtures are very nice. For those who love the outdoors, this is an unparalleled experience.

Definitely a nice big house with big rooms and a great kitchen. Beautiful backyard. Shana was lovely and very helpful. This is in an old neighborhood in Tallahassee. So close to our home. So we rented this to put extra guests. Our guest were very happy. Thanks!
