From the huge windows of the newly renovated living area, you can admire the sparkling blue bay at any time of day. Right in front of the condo is Ochlocknee Bay. Mashes Sands, Alligator Point, Saint Theresa, and several other world-famous beaches are just a short drive away. Hiking and biking trails through the unique natural beauty of the river and forest are within walking distance. The marine biology lab of Florida State University is just a few blocks away. While the white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast alone are worth the trip, who wouldn’t want to try fishing and enjoy some of the best seafood in the country? Whether from the shore or on a charter boat, there are plenty of opportunities to catch and savor fresh seafood. Or take a river cruise on the Ochlocknee or Wakulla Rivers. Private entrance into your suite! A ten foot wall was added to separate the suite from the rest of the house to give guests privacy. Super nice and modern hallway, room and bathroom for 2. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker are provided along with coffee, tea, creamer, bottled water and snacks. Stores and restaurants within 2 miles. 18 miles to FSU and a short drive to Wakulla Springs, Cherokee Sink, Leon Sinks, St. Marks, rivers and beaches.
