The home was as pictured in the listing, it is beautifully maintained with lots of space inside and out. The screened in patio was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

The home was comfy and plenty of room. The dog and his boy had a great time playing. It was larger than we needed but because it was dog friendly and had a pool it was perfect for a close to home getaway

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property, and everything was as described. Amber was very friendly and helpful. Our family was attending a family wedding, and this house gave us lots of room for everyone to get ready in, and lots of room to relax between wedding activities. The house is very child friendly. My 10 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter were part of our group. The House was very clean. There were many great restaurants in all directions around the area near the house. There is also a mall close by too. It was easy to get downtown or to get to the Interstate. When I return to Tallahassee I would stay at this property again.

Super Clean! This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Responsive and polite hosts! This comfortable, spacious home had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower in the primary BR was excellent with great pressure. The covered porch was nice for coffee while our pups were having fun playing in the backyard. It's located in a well kept and safe family neighborhood. Many people were out walking. It didn't take long at all to get to all the great restaurants and shopping. We found nothing negative to review, in fact, we had another couple (also Abnb'ers) come down and spend the night with us, and they were so impressed with the place, they plan to book this great house for their family too. My family and i absolutely enjoyed this home. Nice quiet neighborhood with good eats nearby. When booking an Airbnb i expect for all homes to be as clean and spotless as this 1. Jeremane made our vacation very easy and enjoyable. He responds quickly and was always ready to assist. The kids had a blast in the pool and did not want to leave that was a plus. This home is so spacious and come with so many rooms and beds, i will definitely rent this home out again so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks again Jeremane!

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's place. The location is great with its beautifully shaded streets for long, early walks with our dog. We loved the house, inside and outside (fenced backyard). All clean and well-kept.

I don't even know where to begin .... John's place was so just fantastic! We were in town for a FSU graduation and were so happy we did not stay in the city. Our favorite part was having coffee while sitting in the adirondacks on the pier in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Just super peaceful. We saw an Otter swim right by and listened to the manatees make their huffing noises. The amount of birds we saw and heard was really cool also. We also saw a manatee from a little bit of a distance while sitting there, but we saw a number of them up close while out kayaking which was a first for us and totally amazing! On a couple of the nights we had 5 people there and there was enough comfortable sitting space in the living room for movie night, which is important to us. We made memories cooking family meals in the well-stocked kitchen and then walking down to eat around the comfortable table in the screened in room followed by games. I would return in a heartbeat!!

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. The house has many special qualities and my family and I were honored to stay in such a beautiful home surrounded by nature. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and look forward to our next trip. Great little spot for a quick stay! Our lodging accommodations had changed last minute so we were very pleased when we stumbled upon Jack’s Airbnb. It’s quaint and quiet- the location is definitely what makes it great. We enjoyed walking around the lake and sitting out on the patio. For the price this was a good find.

Excellent spot just in a pocket of town that lets you easily access all the hip places while giving you a nice quiet location to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The hosts are fantastic, had clear communication, and had ensures the location was well prepped for our visit. They also assisted with some information on local spots to see which was very appreciated! Will definitely stay again!

Joanna is an excellent host! My daughters and I had to come to Tallahassee for a family emergency. Joanna went out of her way to make sure that everything was good and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. I gave the location 4 stars just because there is a lot of construction going on around there. However, it was peaceful and quiet at night and we did not have any trouble with noise.

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

I have stayed at this location twice and both times were a amazing. I've also stayed at another one of Susan's place. She is so wonderful and her units are SO clean and comfortable. The beds are great and she make the homes so inviting. She is a dream to communicate with - so responsive and so sweet. She is the perfect host and her rentals are the perfect place to stay!! Thank you Susan for being you and giving us a great experience while in Tally!

I truly enjoyed my 2 night stay. The location was very convenient. It was just as advertised. I will definitely stay again. This is one of my top 3 places to stay when in Tallahassee.

I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
