Independent 40 m2 studio. Located in the garden, attached to the main house. Close to the city center, 5 minutes from tram A (direct to the center) and bus 9 (direct to St Jean station). Local shops (bakeries, restaurants), 2 minutes from a McDonald's. Bright and very quiet because it does not overlook the street but overlooks a beautiful flower garden! There is no kitchen but there is coffee and tea making facilities as well as a fridge and microwave. Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Located 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by car (or 25 minutes by bus) from the center of Bordeaux. Parking is free and easy on the street. The pool is shared with our family.
