Our maisonette is an annex of our house, away from the main house. You have dedicated access and can enter/exit freely. Our street is peaceful and flowery, like a hamlet in the city center in a typical Bordeaux style. Composed of a small living room, a sleeping area separated by Japanese curtains, a dining area and a bathroom/toilet, it is very bright thanks to its large windows and retains its freshness in summer with its Bordeaux stone walls.

Our house is located in a very quiet area, 3 km from Bordeaux train station/4 km from the center. You have the option to park your car in front of or near the house without worries, and it's free. You can also come by tram (6 stops from the station), stopping at the Stade Musard stop or the next one, Calais-Centujean (15 minutes). Your small studio is located at the back of the house.
