Enjoy the charm of staying in a beautiful half-timbered house in the quiet forest of Karuizawa. Built from 20 cm thick solid wood, this beautiful house uses its structural beauty in its design. In addition, the thick walls are filled with cellulose fiber for high thermal insulation, and the hot water heater placed under the floor keeps you warm even in the cold winters of Karuizawa. There are 2 single beds, 3 single beds, and 1 king bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. In addition, we can provide up to 3 sets of futons. The interior is a relaxing space with solid wood flooring, plaster walls, marble table and washbasin tops, and a bath made of cypress and natural materials. Enjoy a body-friendly sauna with a Finnish sauna heater. A fee of 1,500 yen per person is required to use the sauna. From the second day onwards, it is 2,000 yen per day, regardless of the number of people. Please let us know when booking if you want to use the sauna. Enjoy a BBQ on the large terrace overlooking the greenery. A BBQ stove, tongs, and cooking utensils are provided. There is also a fireplace for winter enjoyment.

It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example.
