Villa Huvikumpu. - Maalaisromantiikkaa lähellä kaupunkia 1930-luvulla valmistuneessa pikkutalossa. Talo on lähes satavuotias, eikä ole luksuskohde, mutta tarjolla hyvät ja rauhalliset yöunet. Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Kiva pikku asunto hirsitalon yläkerrassa

Olet lämpimästi tervetullut majoittumaan tunnelmallisen hirsitalon yläkertaan. Talossa on neljä asuntoa joista sinulla on käytössäsi yksi kokonaan itselläsi. Olit sitten työ- tai lomareissulla meille on helppo tulla. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Kesällä voit juoda aamukahvisi etupihan terassilla ja lapsille löytyy takapihalta trampoliini. Asunto ei ole suuren suuri, mutta nukkumapaikka löytyy tarvittaessa lisämaksusta jopa 4 hengelle.
