Vacation rentals with beach access in Tahoe Vista

Really beautiful view! Cute area with restaurants within a 10 min driving distance. A lot of cleaning instructions - washing dishes, taking out trash, washing linens and one of the beds had no pillow cases. Other than that, I would stay again

Stayed here for a cycling event. Location was perfect. Very much appreciated the WiFi as I had to work one day during our stay. Also appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and just general updated condition of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay for our purposes. Other things I appreciated were the motion activated lights at the stairs (of which there are a lot of- stairs I mean) which were very useful at night, the comfortable couch and of course the friendly and responsive hosts.

Lize's place was great - conveniently located a short drive from the Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadows ski area, her cozy cabin provided a great 'home base' for the last leg of our western spring skiing adventure. We had two delicious dinners in Tahoe City - one at the Bridgewater Tavern (fun Mexican,) and the other at Jake's by the Lake where we met some friendly locals at their 'all night Thursday happy hour,' and had a great view of the lake. Finally, with just a 50-minute drive to the Reno airport, the first leg of my trip back to Maine was a breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

Brandon's place was right off the main road, so great for walks with a view of the lake. Stairs to get, very roomy inside, very. We enjoyed our stay here, wish we had booked longer so we could enjoy the location more.

Great place to stay. Jane was very responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out window. She was very nice and fully explained all the amenities in her beautiful place. Great view. Awesome experience! Totally worth it!

We had a great time during our visit! The room is comfortable and the location is convenient. We didn't spend much time in our room but it was very cozy when we finally made it back in the evenings. I would stay here again during my next trip!

Marci’s place was great for our first time to North Lake Tahoe. It was just my husband and I plus our french bulldog. The home was roomy and great for my pup to access the yard easily. The jacuzzi was such a great way for me to unwind as I worked remotely most of the week. Kitchen and living space was great for our needs. The master bedroom was a good size but the bed is really high, very firm and really squeaky. I preferred the kids bed in the smaller room haha. The location is good but is on an inclined street. Not a bad walk to the local beach but you will have to cross the main street with fast traffic. I didn’t attempt to use the kayak cart as it would’ve been hard for me. All in all it was a good place for our trip.

Great place to stay, you walk out the back gate and just around the corner is the lake front area. You can also walk to a nearby market for groceries, sandwiches, and coffee. There is a nearby boat launch and a ski lift for winter use. Also, great area to catch transportation such as TART.

Very comfortable stay and convenient location. The cabin was spacious with plenty of parking. Lisa was responsive to our text when we had a question upon arrival. The neighborhood is peaceful and private. We visited the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park (6 miles), North Star (9 miles), shopped for our things at 24 hour Safeway (3 miles), and ate at Thai Kitchen (5 miles) and CB’s Bistro (1 mile).

We had an amazing stay at Jordan’s place — it’s the perfect spot for a group getaway in Tahoe! Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as pictured in the listing: incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the cozy and spacious living areas — from the large living room with an awesome sound bar to the game loft upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and great for cooking meals together. Beds were comfortable and the heating worked great. The location in Incline Village on Tahoe’s north shore was outstanding — quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s also just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Overall, I’d highly recommend this listing and would return without hesitation. Paul and Naomi were very responsive in the text exchanges prior and during the trip. Their home was very clean and had ALL the amenities you need. The home was very clean. The pantry was well stocked with spices and essential cooking items. The kitchen was well equipped. Our favorite were the beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, etc.) that were available in the garage, this was very helpful as King's beach is walking distance. There is also a brewery right around the corner. The location of the home could not have been any better.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The house itself was beautiful and in a fantastic location. We really appreciated being so close to shops, local businesses, and the lake, while still enjoying the peaceful, woodsy area. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d definitely stay here again - highly recommend!

Best stay in kings beach area. Close to everything. The house is spacious with a decent backyard. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Ada's and Robert's house was exactly what we were looking for on a ski vacation. Well designed, stylish, cozy and beautiful. Ada and Robert communicated very well. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Tahoe!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

We really enjoyed our stay with Tom’ place. Tom was super proactive with communication. He is flexible with checking in time. The place is super clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is super quiet. The checkout process is sooo easy. Book this place and you won’t regret it.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Had a great stay felt right at home!!

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.

Joanna was helpful and responsive from the time we booked the room. We loved everything about the place.

We had an excellent extended stay at Belinda and Steve's condo in Incline Village, NV. The property was very clean and the location was ideally situated to local and regional amenities and attractions that we value e.g., beautiful hiking, restaurants, art galleries, local food stores, nearby towns of Reno, Carson City, Virginia City. An instruction and recommendations binder was exceptionally well organized and thorough. As hosts, Belinda and Steve were proactive, always responsive, and very friendly. We were glad to briefly meet both of them during our trip. Highly recommended. Joe & Lori
