Cabin vacation rentals in Tahoe Pines

Last minute trip was a great success! My family loves visiting Tahoe city and this location served the kids and the adults well. Lots of games and plenty of activities for family fun. Hot tub was a huge bonus! We’d definitely return to this lovely and perfectly decorated home

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It fit our group perfectly. Kitchen was very spacious and usable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was also an excellent addition. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We were in David's house for a ski trip to Palisades Tahoe. The place was great value, in a great location (very close to Palisades), and had everything we needed. Even though David was traveling at the time, he stayed in touch and had clear instructions for checking in and out. Would visit again!

We stayed at Sarah's house for 3 nights and we really enjoyed everything! the location was great, the clean air, the nature and the magnificent Lake Tahoe! The loma had everything you needed for living, lots of bedrooms and sleeping places, a terrace for relaxing, a grill and a Jacuzzi in the backyard! We will definitely come back!

Lovely cabin in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Walkable to a couple restaurants, yummy market and private beach. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals and it was nice to have some games and kids books for our young child. Chris was very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Tidy, warm, hot tub always a great perk, super close to everything downtown. Affordable, lots of cooking amenities, easy check in and out. Cozy. This is our second time staying there and plan to do so for every future trip to tahoe city!

We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean and thoughtfully designed with lots of details that make it feel like a high-quality retreat, especially for families. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—much better than most rentals—and made cooking easy and enjoyable. The cabin stayed warm overnight even without turning on the heat, and the WiFi was reliable enough for a work video call. Beds and mattresses were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. One thing to note for families with young kids: I wouldn’t recommend it for toddlers, as the stairs are steep and the heater is floor-mounted. Fortunately, our child was old enough for it not to be an issue. A small tip: the melamine plates are very cute, but not microwave-safe—learned that the hard way! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything inside feels high-end, from the furniture to the finishes, making it not just a place to stay but a space to enjoy. The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area yet still close to everything you’d want to explore. But the real showstopper? The backyard. It’s unreal. Our kid had the best time running around and playing freely, and the creek out back is serene and beautiful—a perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. You can tell the host put real care into every corner of the home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway

We had a wonderful time at Kennan’s property! Even though it was raining we were able to take an awesome hike to Lovers Leap. We were also fortunate to be here for the opening of the adorable coffee shop and bar just down the road! (Walking distance). We lived the kitchen table for playing our favorite board games. And they even had a great selection of games to choose from! The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again!

Very cozy and quaint place. There’s a lake just at a walking distance from the house. Robert is an extremely polite and friendly host and very responsive to all questions. We have 2 dogs and Robert was so thoughtful to provide toys, poop bags and even fur combs! There’s fun board games as well. A very nice stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Tahoe (30 mins only) or just chilling.

I can’t say enough about David’s place. This little cottage has all the feelings of home. It’s super cozy and has a great location. The view is stunning from the deck. David was great about communicating with me and responding to questions. I hope to be able to return to Lake Tahoe someday and I will definitely look into staying here again. Super well-rounded cabin with everything you need in the perfect location! Our small family + pup felt cozy in this well equipped, modern cabin. The neighborhood is beautiful and we loved all the life access points which made this Tahoe getaway 5 stars. Close to town, perfect little beach for paddle boarding, boulder sun bathing, food, hikes, treetop adventure park and more. Thank you!

This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe, and we loved every second of our trip. This was by far our best Airbnb experience ever. Peter's house is very nice and peaceful. It’s full of amenities that kept our group comfortable and made us feel at home! We will definitely come back to Lake Tahoe in the near future! Peter's house is absolutely a seven-star experience!

This was a great place. I stayed here for 4 nights and was just at peace with the endless view of pine trees in the backyard and lake view from the road ahead by the front of the house. Close to lake, ski/board and groceries and restaurents. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Our dog loved it too!

The cabin was the perfect location in Tahoe City. The lake, grocery store, restaurants, places to rent bikes, hardware store and other conveniences was a short 10 minute walk. The property was minimal in decor yet cozy and clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 pre-teen. The property was also easy to find and access. Peter’s communication was always friendly and responsive. Hoping to book the cabin again next summer.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Sugar Pine Speakeasy in Homewood, CA, and it was an unforgettable experience. Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My fiancé and I recently stayed here with our two dogs, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the home felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The house itself was spotless and impressively well-stocked, far beyond what you’d typically expect from an Airbnb. Everything we needed was readily available, from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets, making our stay effortless and relaxing. Our dogs had an amazing time exploring the fully fenced backyard while we enjoyed unwinding in the private hot tub — the perfect way to relax after a day of adventures. The location is fantastic: quiet, peaceful, and just minutes away from Lake Tahoe, scenic hiking trails, and Tahoe City. The provided bikes added an extra layer of fun and made exploring the area even more enjoyable. John's home exceeded our expectations in every way and is an ideal spot to make new memories. I had a great 3 night stay at Chris’s place. The house has a well equipped kitchen and many other nice amenities for a good stay like a good soundbox, climate control, privacy and comfort . I would come back many times.
