Byt je vybaven manželskou postelí, konferenčním sezením, kuchyní se základní výbavou (varná deska, lednice, mikrovlnná trouba, rychlovarná konvice a nádobí). V případě potřeby lze doplnit dětskou postýlku. Klidné chvíle lze strávit na balkóně, kde se nachází sezení. V případě potřeby uložení jízdních kol v místnosti s bezpečnostními dveřmi (za poplatek lze i dobíjení elektrokol).

Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Byt se nachází 10 minut chůze (cca 1,5km) od historického centra města Tábor. Nedaleko je vodní nádrž Jordán, plavecký bazén, kino Svět, divadlo Oskara Nedbala. Možnost parkování zdarma před domem. I přesto, že byt je kousek od centra, nachází se v klidné lokalitě.
